RSA’s Making Partner is an innovative, challenging program that provides leadership and business skills to brokers who are on track to become senior leaders or even aspire to make partner in their brokerage.
Making Partner is a one-week, executive education program held at Queen’s University’s Smith School of Business—one of the Financial Times’ top 50 business schools—in Kingston, Ontario. The Smith School of Business has an extensive and impressive track record in developing programs focused on enterprise leadership skills.
Not only will participants get access to some of the top instructors and resources at the school, they’ll also receive a leadership assessment, development plans and ample opportunity for extensive mentoring and networking with like-minded brokers from across the country.

“Prior to attending RSA’s Making Partner program my performance leader (who attended in 2017), described the program as a “mini insurance MBA”, and I would agree.
